How do I qualify for the Travel Reward?

In order to qualify, you must:

  • Receive an email from WEX outlining this promotion
  • Spend $1,000 or more (after discounts and before taxes) on gas with your Sunoco Fleet Card during the promotional period, from 5/1/2025 to 8/1/2025. You will be eligible for 
    • $50 Live Event Credit if you spend $1,000 - $1,999.99 (after discounts and before taxes);
    • $100 Live Event Credit if you spend more than $2,000 (after discounts and before taxes).
When do I receive my reward code?

After you meet the $1,000/$2,000 threshold, your fleet owner will receive an email from WEX within 14 days with the reward code and steps to redeem your Live Event Credit.

What is the Reward?

One $50 Live Event Credit that can be redeemed at wex-sunoco50.thetixfix.com towards a minimum of 2 tickets.

How can I access my reward?

Once you receive the reward email, please enter your reward code and fill out the application form at wex-sunoco-liveevent.tlcrewards.com.

When do I have to purchase in order to qualify?

The promotional period is from 5/1/2025 to 8/1/2025.

What is the last day to fill out the application form?

The last day to fill out the application form is 2/28/2026.

How many times can I participate in this promotion?

You may participate in the promotion once.

Can I fill out the application form on my mobile device?

Yes, this site is mobile friendly, all you need to do is go to wex-sunoco-liveevent.tlcrewards.com, enter your reward code and fill out the form.

I never received my Reward Code.

Check your spam folder! This is the most common reason people cannot find their reward codes. If you checked and it is still not there, please contact WEX customer service team at 1-800-492-0669.

How long will my Live Event Reward be valid?

Your Travel Savings will be valid until 11:59PM ET on 2/28/2026.

Are there any restrictions for this promotion?

You must be 18 years or older at the time of purchase, and you must live in the United States.

How do I redeem my Live Event Credit?

Follow the steps below to redeem the Live Event Credit:

  1. Visit wex-sunoco50.thetixfix.com, select your live event of choice, ticket quantity (2 tickets minimum), and seat(s)
  2. Enter the Live Event Reward Code in step 2 of checkout.
  3. A valid credit card or PayPal account is required to pay the difference remaining once the credit amount ($50/$100) has been deducted from the cost of the ticket(s).
  4. After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email, including further instructions.


How many times can I get a Reward?

There is a limit of one Reward per eligible customer, per customer email address during the promotional period.

Can I use multiple Live Event Reward Codes in one transaction? 

No, the Live Event Reward Codes cannot be stacked. Only one code can be applied in a single transaction.
